Tamayura Hotel Asakusa - Tokyo

The view from our 8th-floor room of the Skytree was amazing. We enjoyed the comfy futon and the hotel's close proximity to subway lines.

location close to a perfect position, other areas like shibuya or akihabara, and train stations. exceptionally comfortable bed, particularly good bathroom and free wireless internet access and climate control in the room.

the really great service combined with the nice food. great value for money room and extremely comfy bed, comfy sleep. delicious and savoury breakfast with various food choices. kindness of the staff. unbeatable and incredible location for tokyo, close enough to right next to a major landmark.

The lounge on the ninth floor is a hidden gem, offering fine views of the river while you enjoy complimentary tea and toast.

We found the room size a bit cramped, which might be challenging for those who prefer more space.

The room was great value for money and very nicely furnished with all the facilities, the bed was large. Free wireless internet access, a plasma TV, and climate control were a huge plus.

Wifi connection proved to be a significant letdown after 6 PM. The breakfast selection was limited to just white toast and coffee, not exactly a hearty start to the day. The lobby area felt a bit messy, lacking the cozy touch that the rooms provided.

The room was very clean and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with traditional Japanese elements like tatami mats. Waking up to the view of the Sumida River from the lounge was a good surprise.

the room was small, but the air-conditioning worked well! The location made it easy to explore asakusa. we reached sensoji temple quickly. the view of the skytree from our 8th-floor room was amazing! 🌆

This place was a perfect match for a short layover in Tokyo with extraordinarily good value for money. I loved relaxing in the lounge on the ninth floor while enjoying tea and toast with a view of the river. Make sure to take advantage of the lounge facilities for a great start to your day.

Fantastic location just steps from the train station with a serene atmosphere perfect for exploring without the hustle of busier areas. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a separate toilet from the bathroom. Enjoyed the complimentary toast and coffee in the lounge on the ninth floor while taking in fine views of the river. Though the overall experience was great, better soundproofing would have enhanced the stay further.

Great small hotel with clean, cozy rooms and a private bathroom. Had nice amenities like a fridge, yukata, and electric kettle. The shower was good and they provided shampoo, body soap, and towels. The staff were nice and we could leave our luggage before check-in. Really enjoyed breakfast with free coffee.

The location was perfect, close to attractions like a tower and a temple - the rooms offered great value and had windows overlooking the rooftop.
